Requirements:
Motivated and open-minded resource, with flexible cross functional skills, interested in learning. Ability in communication and interface with project teams. Previous experience in project management is preferred, as well as coordination and managerial skills.
• 10+ years’ experience in the role.
• Previous proven experience in E&C risk management projects (5 years avg).
• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, a good problem-solving mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• good knowledge of English language both written and spoken.
• Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI (reporting systems).
• Knowledge of risk management/project management guidelines (ISO 31000, PMBoK).

Job Description
PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT E&C
Risk Management function ensures that project risk activities are performed in agreement with approved Saipem standard procedures, and all the risk information are captured and regularly updated by projects into the Company tools.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Spread awareness of Risk and Opportunity and Knowledge Management, to promote cultural growth and good performances on risk management among the project team and Saipem personnel, in commercial or execution phase.
During commercial phase and bid preparation:
organize Risk Workshops for the risk identification and assessment, facilitating the collection of main risks and opportunities;
Support the qualitative/quantitative assessment of identified R&Os
Routinely monitor the risk status and the progress of planned mitigation actions
Ensure that all risks information is available and constantly updated into the Saipem risk management tool with reference to the output of risk analysis during the tendering phase, support the proposal manager to organize the risk review meeting called “Peer to peer”, organized under the responsibility of the Proposal Manager. This meeting is established to ensure the completeness and consistency of the risk register.
Provide support for the preparation of the document highlighting the offer risk profile in line with the corporate Risk Model.
During execution phase:
Implement as Project Risk Manager, with the leadership of Project Manager and involvement by all project key resources, the process of identifying, analyzing, monitoring the project risks, assuring that project risk profile is correctly and constantly updated, and proactively contribute to consolidation of risks/opportunities estimates as well to their reconciliation within economic data if and once occurred. Moreover,
Routinely monitor the risk status and the progress of planned mitigation actions;
Provide the risk register to be used for the Project Status Report (PSR) preparation, according to pertinent Project Risk Management process and procedures.
Contribute to an efficient process of consolidation of estimates of risks and opportunities within project economic data.
Be involved in the impact analysis for the occurred risks.
Organize and participate on a quarterly basis to the risk register review called "Check & Balance", which consists in a critical review of the risk register along with project responsible and project team members.
Ensure that all project risk information have been transferred into the ROKM corporate tools in due time.
Support the PM in building and enforcing a Risk Management culture across the project team, providing training to the project team as necessary
Liaise with all external stakeholders (client, partners, subcontractors, vendors) potentially involved in risk management activities. Saipem Classification - General Use
Hand-over meeting.
Participate to the risk hand-over meeting between commercial and execution phase for awarded contracts to ensure a proper flow of risk information between the two phases.
Interface with corporate risk management function to inform about control application during commercial and execution phase
Support the project team for the capitalization of knowledge related to the main unforeseen events occurred and / or risks / opportunities managed and / or mitigated with success
