• Project Location: North Sea.
• Key Challenges: Inexperienced Drillers leading to operational issues // Urgent need for coaching on Cyberbase systems (NOV drilling package). // Focus on improving drilling practices and competency development.
• Desired Expertise: Extensive experience with Cyberbase systems. // Strong skills in mentoring and performance coaching. //Proven ability to deliver immediate impact on operational competency.
• Additional Details: Availability: Immediate mobilization preferred. // Scope: Offshore coaching - provide to the Drillers with drilling mentoring and coaching
• Duration: 60 days of work, which could be extended depending on performance  
• Candidates must hold all valid offshore documentation
