ICM is looking for a Supply Chain Tools and Support Analyst Services in working with one of our main clients in the oil and gas market. 

Estimated Contract duration: 12 months firm + 12 months as optional

Requirements

- Professional, preferably with a background in Contracts and Purchasing or Data Organization Management
- Desirable > 2 years' experience in Contracts and Purchasing processes, tools, etc.
- MS Office package (mainly Excel, but also Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) advanced level.
- Power Apps is a plus.
- SAP (MM - Materials Management module).
- Advanced English

Responsibilities

- Help to update the Contracts & Procurement-related procedures, and in sharing them together with the Group Company Rules related to
procurement activities.
- Analyze the procurement process and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of Contracts & Procurement local referential and its respect by users.
- Organize and structure documentation and archiving of the Contracts & Procurement entity.
- Ensure the best practices to have all Supply Chain documents, guidance and templates fully updated and well archived, including IT solutions (Power Apps for example).
Analysis/Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Support and Update the Supply Chain Reports on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Consolidate KPIs.
- Consolidate and implement Supply Chain reporting in different tools.
- Support Supply Chain team in the identification and recording of any kind of savings.
Communication
-    Participate in the development of the supplier pre-qualification process.
- Support buyers when performing supplier evaluations.
- Maintain an updated SQM (Supplier Quality Management) Database.
- DD (Due Diligence): Keep an updated DD status of the Suppliers used by Supply Chain, working closely with the Compliance team.
Planning
- Support the preparation, analysis, send out and update of the master procurement planning (MPP) / contract follow-up reports.
