Job Description
ICM Group is currently seeking experienced Brazilian Crane Instructors who are fluent in English and Portuguese (native level). Candidates must have proven expertise both as a Stage 3 Crane Operator and as a Crane Instructor, with availability for upcoming freelance contract assignments across various clients and operational units.
Required certifications: THUET, CBSP, and Stage 3 Crane Operator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated training programmes on lifting operations and crane activities in both offshore and onshore environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce competence.
