This is a permanent relocation role in Saudi Arabia.

ICM Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist with a strong background in refinery operations.

In this role, you will provide expert guidance on environmental protection, sustainability, and performance optimization. You will support the deployment of decarbonization, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives that reduce emissions and drive compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement environmental and GHG management strategies.
• Conduct full GHG and environmental assessments, identifying reduction opportunities.
• Monitor air quality, wastewater, waste management, and chemical disposal performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ISO 14001 standards.
• Lead internal benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives.
• Advise on sustainability targets, emission baselines, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 17 years’ experience in oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical industries.
• Certification such as EPI/QEP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, ISO 14001, and sustainability frameworks.
• Skilled in GHG emission baseline development and decarbonization planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
