🎯 Role Purpose

We are looking for an early-career engineer (1–3 years’ experience) who has already gained exposure to real-world operations and is ready to take on broader responsibilities.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and project execution, supporting day-to-day activities while solving practical challenges and ensuring work is delivered effectively.

Candidate is to be American, based in Houston.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Support operational and project activities across engineering and field teams
• Assist in troubleshooting real-time technical issues and implementing practical solutions
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
• Translate technical input into clear, actionable steps for execution
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
• Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and day-to-day operations
• Get involved across different areas of the business as required

👤 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in:
  • operations
  • field/site work
  • project engineering
  • or technical support within engineering environments
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Petroleum Engineering
• Exposure to real working environments (not purely academic)
