🚨 ICM Group is looking for a Mechanical CFST and Maintenance Coach to join upcoming offshore operations in Brazil 🚨

This role is crucial for the development and training of personnel onboard offshore platforms.

The Mechanical CFST and Maintenance Coach will be responsible for delivering training in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, specifically focusing on pumps, centrifugal pumps, skimmers, generators, turbo compressors, and related systems.

🗓️ Start Date: 01 January 2026
🌎 Nationality: Brazilian

💼 Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector (drilling or production platform) as Rig Mechanic or Mechanical Supervisor or similar in Mechanical / Maintenance sector – offshore experience essential.
✅ Proven experience with rig equipment maintenance.
✅ Strong communication in English (spoken & written).
✅ Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
✅ Great teamwork, leadership, and coaching mindset.

Mandatory:
CBSP, THUET, BOSIET

Technical mechanical certification

NR 37 – Basic and Advanced Training

Preferred:
Engineering Level.

Coaching and/or mentoring certification.
