Rotating Equipment Engineer – Permanent Relocation to Saudi Arabia

ICM Group is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to lead reliability initiatives across multiple facilities and ensure the highest performance and availability of plant rotating equipment.

In this role, you will implement a systematic, data-driven approach to benchmark performance, identify reliability gaps, and deploy comprehensive improvement solutions. You will also collaborate closely with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams to support troubleshooting, investigations, and technical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate rotating equipment reliability programs and initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance reliability, availability, and performance.
• Identify and address potential risks affecting rotating equipment integrity.
• Serve as a reliability consultant across the organization.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Support digital transformation by developing analytics tools for equipment monitoring.
• Perform on-line vibration analysis using Bently Nevada Systems (System 1, Data Manager) or similar technologies.
• Apply predictive maintenance technologies for equipment evaluation and condition monitoring.
• Support projects, turnarounds, and lead rotating equipment commissioning/startup activities.
• Provide workshop technical support and quality checks for pumps, turbines, compressors, and motors.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in rotating equipment, including at least 5 years in field troubleshooting and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and codes (API 610, 611, 612, 614, 617, 618, 682, 691, 692).
• Proficient in vibration data analysis (certification a plus).
• Skilled in predictive maintenance technologies and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and technical reporting skills.
