We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for highly complex projects, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal development process (RFP/RFQ), from initial analysis through final submission
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, commercial, legal, and procurement) in building proposals
• Develop technical and commercial strategies to maximize competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and international standards
• Manage timelines, risks, and proposal deliverables
• Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders and, when required, client interactions

Desired Profile

• Strong experience in proposal management within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Projects
• Solid techno-commercial interface (beyond purely administrative scope)
• Experience with large-scale contracts and international clients (e.g., Petrobras, majors, EPCs)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Analytical, structured profile with a strong sense of deadlines
