Process Engineer – Solomon Benchmarking Specialist (Americas)

This is a permanent relocation role in Saudi Arabia.

ICM Group is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with strong expertise in Solomon benchmarking and performance analysis to support ongoing refinery and chemical process optimization initiatives.

You will play a key role in conducting benchmarking studies, analyzing performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement across facilities using Solomon performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Solomon benchmarking activities across facilities.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and interpretation of benchmarking results.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and affiliates.
• Develop and implement strategies to close performance gaps and optimize margins.
• Support affiliates in setting performance targets and tracking progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Chemical Engineering (Advanced degree preferred).
• Based in North, South, or Central America with a valid passport.
• Minimum 17 years’ experience in refining and/or chemical process operations.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Solomon benchmarking and performance analysis.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and leadership skills.
