ICM Group is actively seeking a Project Manager for our client project in Thailand.

Requirements:

With the following extensive qualification:

• Exceptional management skills in project coordination and leadership.
• Deep knowledge of EPC workflow and process.
• Ability to quickly identify the key project drivers and be able to develop a plan on how the project's scope will be managed.
• Communicates effectively within large and multinational teams. Ability to execute staff and resources control procedures.
• Full knowledge of project Root-Cause Analysis main principles and techniques.
• Monitors the status of the project, updates the project schedule, and manages changes to the schedule baseline.
• Ability to apply lessons learned and best practices to improve resource allocation and workload management.
• Ability to interface with the different discipline representatives to support projects of high complexity.
• Ability to identify key issues in advance and apply the best corrective action.
• Ability to apply industry best practices to streamline the interaction among the disciplines.
